About the position The position involves developing product strategy for a market, product type, or product line of business (LOB) while performing regular ideation sessions to build a robust product pipeline aimed at achieving market goals. The candidate will apply an advanced understanding of driving performance for their respective market, product type, or product LOB, including competitor analysis and KP product performance. The role requires bringing the organization together to perform product feasibility on initiatives and defining and executing product development through executive alignment. The candidate will act as the product authority, providing cross-functional service recovery and issue resolution, and will serve as a subject matter expert for multiple markets, LOBs, products, portfolios, workstreams, or initiatives. Responsibilities also include writing and developing complex business-development initiatives, managing product implementations, and delivering product training and change management activities across respective markets, products, and LOBs. Requirements • Minimum three (3) years of experience leading matrixed teams with or without direct reports. • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university AND minimum eight (8) years of experience in health care, product development and management, strategy development and execution, finance, sales and account management, marketing, consulting, benefits, program management, or a directly related field. • OR minimum eleven (11) years of experience in health care, product development and management, strategy development and execution, finance, sales and account management, marketing, consulting, benefits, program management, or a directly related field.
