The key role of the Placement Advisor is to secure and schedule sites for students to complete their clinical experiences in line with university requirements. The ideal candidate is a self-driven individual who can effectively manage the placement process for online graduate students across the country. In addition, the Placement Advisor will be communicating with students on a regular basis during the placement process. This is a fast-paced, metrics-driven position that requires availability within the hours of 8am-5pm EST. As our Placement Advisor, you will: • Manage the placement process for graduate online students. • Research and develop new placement opportunities with community agencies in different regions of the country. • Collect and review all required documentation from prospective sites to ensure compliance under university requirements. • Match students with agencies by effectively balancing the goals and expectations of the students’ personal interests, the university program’s requirements, and the site’s qualifications and resources. • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) of weekly activities and timing of matching students. • Ensure students' success through on-time placement. • Provide excellent customer service and professional communication with students, placement sites, University Partners, and other members of the placement team. • Work within a CRM (Salesforce) to document all communication and maintain an up-to-date network of sites and their associated requirements. You have: • A Bachelor’s Degree. Master’s Degree or other advanced degree preferred. • 2-4 years of work experience providing customer service and/or in a metrics-driven environment. • Availability between the business hours of 8am-5pm EST is required. • Previous experience working with social service agencies, medical facilities, or healthcare organizations is preferred but not required. • Comfortability communicating and establishing rapport in a professional manner via phone and email.
