You’ll lead a team of 20–40 technicians while driving performance in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. This role also plays a critical part in shaping team capability through workforce planning, hiring, training, development, and continuous improvement.<br><br>Performance Leaders are essential to the success of our manufacturing operations. You’ll ensure our production teams are equipped to meet today’s customer commitments and prepared for tomorrow’s challenges.
