Partner Data / Reporting Analyst

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Partner Data & Reporting Analyst to be the backbone of our partner performance monitoring. You will play a crucial role in maintaining data integrity and delivering critical intelligence that drives our partner success strategy. Key Responsibilities: As our Partner Data & Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of partner data, from hygiene to executive reporting: • Standard Engagement Analytics: Develop, maintain, and deliver regular reports on key partner metrics, including license utilization, activation rates, and comprehensive engagement metrics to provide a clear view of partner health • Custom Reporting & Data Cuts: Fulfill ad-hoc requests for deep-dive analysis and provide customized data cuts to support strategic initiatives and executive decision-making • Data Hygiene and Attribute Management: Ensure the highest level of data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all partner records and attributes. You will be the champion of clean data • PAD (Partner Analytics Dashboard) Administration: Serve as the primary administrator for our Partner Analytics Dashboard, managing user access, system configuration, and ensuring the dashboard provides a reliable, insightful experience for all stakeholders • Proven experience in a data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting role • Exceptional skills in data manipulation, cleaning, and visualization • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy • Experience with analytics platforms and dashboard administration (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, internal tools) • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to non-technical audiences Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements: • Internet Connection: • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps. • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps. • Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage. • Primary Device: • Desktop or laptop equipped with at least: • Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor. • A minimum of 8 GB RAM. • Backup Device: • Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor. • Must be functional during power interruptions. • A functioning webcam. • A noise-canceling USB headset. • A quiet, dedicated home office space. • Peripherals and Workspace: A smartphone for communication and verification purposes. • Join Our Dynamic Team: Experience our fun, inclusive, innovative culture that values your unique contributions and supports your professional growth. • Embrace the Opportunities: Seize daily chances to learn, innovate, and excel.
