Oracle FIN Cash Management Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle FIN – Cash Management Functional Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Oracle Fusion Cash Management module. The consultant will work closely with finance stakeholders, banks, and technical teams to ensure accurate cash positioning, bank reconciliation, and seamless integration with related Oracle Financials modules. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Oracle Cash Management, hands-on implementation experience, and the ability to translate business cash and banking requirements into effective Oracle solutions. Key Responsibilities • Lead and support end-to-end implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Cash Management • Gather and analyze business requirements related to cash positioning, liquidity management, and bank reconciliation • Configure bank accounts, cash positioning structures, bank statement processing, and reconciliation rules • Manage bank integrations, including file formats (BAI2, CAMT, MT940), bank statement imports, and validations • Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Treasury teams to ensure accurate cash flow reporting • Support cash forecasting, daily cash positioning, and intercompany cash processes • Perform functional testing, including unit testing, SIT, and UAT support • Assist with data migration, reconciliation validation, and cutover activities • Troubleshoot functional issues and provide post-go-live/hypercare support • Prepare functional documentation, configuration workbooks, and end-user training materials Required Experience & Qualifications • 6+ years of experience as an Oracle Financials Functional Consultant, with strong focus on Cash Management • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cash Management implementations or upgrades • Strong understanding of bank reconciliation, cash positioning, and cash forecasting processes • Experience working with banking integrations and statement formats (BAI2, MT940, CAMT, ISO 20022) • Solid knowledge of Oracle Financials modules including AP, AR, GL, and Treasury (nice to have) • Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with business and finance stakeholders • Experience supporting testing cycles and production deployments Apply tot his job
