Operations Team Lead (Remote)

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Team Lead to manage and guide a remote operational team. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of your team, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards. You will act as a point of contact for team members, provide guidance, resolve operational issues, and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a cohesive and high-performing remote work environment. Key responsibilities include:

Leading, coaching, and motivating a remote team of operational staff to achieve performance targets. Assigning tasks, monitoring workloads, and ensuring efficient resource allocation. Overseeing daily operational processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions. Ensuring that all team activities comply with company policies and procedures. Familiarity with operational software and performance tracking systems is advantageous.
