Operations / Automation Specialist

We are looking for an Operations & Automation Specialist to join our SuppOps team. This role focuses on automating processes for the PX.com platform, improving data workflows, building small-scale tools, and supporting internal teams with reporting and insights. It’s a hands-on, mid-level role ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and building Python-based automations that make operations faster and more reliable. As we grow, this position will also help automate additional processes — including leveraging AI tools to reduce manual work across the team. As an Operations & Automation Specialist, you will: • Build and maintain automated workflows (file-based and API-based) into the PX platform. • Create and maintain Python scripts and Azure Functions to streamline operational processes. • Write SQL queries (primarily for Clickhouse) to validate data, run checks, and support internal reporting needs, no database administration required. • Assist with preparing datasets for Tableau dashboards and support team that relies on these reports. • Monitor and troubleshoot ingestion issues, perform data quality checks, and improve error-handling logic. • Collaborate with Support, Ops, and Client Success teams to simplify and automate recruiting manual tasks. • Contribute to documentation, process improvements, and small internal tools that help the team operate efficiently. • Participate in the roadmap of operational automation, including exploring AI-driven solutions. Requirements: We’d love to hear from you if you bring: • 1–3 years of experience in automation, data operations, or a similar technical role. • Solid Python skills for scripting and workflow automation. • Experience deploying or maintaining cloud/serverless functions (Azure Functions preferred). • Ability to write SQL queries for analytics and validation tasks. • Basic experience with BI tools (Tableau or similar). • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. • Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 4+ years of • Good communication skills and a willingness to learn new technologies. Nice to have: • Experience working with APIs (building or consuming). • Familiarity with lead/disposition data, CRM systems, or marketing platforms. • Interest in AI tools or automation frameworks. • Experience with workflow orchestration or cloud automation tools. • Experience with tools such as Apache Airflow, Zapier, Pipedream or n8n.
