Please visit our website to know us better, www.triviumedu.com What you’ll be doing We are seeking passionate, dedicated High Dosage Online Tutors to deliver targeted, intensive academic support to students in need of accelerated learning. High dosage tutoring involves frequent, consistent sessions—often 3 or more times per week—focusing on personalized instruction to close learning gaps and boost academic achievement. This role is ideal for educators who are results-driven and committed to student success. You will be responsible for… • Provide high-frequency, personalized tutoring sessions (3+ times per week) in subject area-Math & English via online platforms. • Develop customized lesson plans tailored to individual student needs, focusing on areas of improvement. • Use formative assessments to track student progress and adjust instruction accordingly. • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and program coordinators to align tutoring with the student’s curriculum and academic goals. • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and engagement. • Create a positive, supportive, and engaging virtual learning environment that fosters student confidence and growth. • Attend training sessions and professional development as required to stay updated on best tutoring practices. What we need from you Qualifications and Experience: · Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Education with expertise in Math & English · Prior teaching or tutoring experience, preferably in a high dosage or intensive intervention setting. · Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills. · Ability to build strong relationships with students to encourage motivation and learning. · Teaching certification or relevant credentials preferred and Willingness to undergo background checks and fingerprinting Preferred Skills: · Familiarity with state and national academic standards. · Bilingual skills are a plus. · Preference for tutors already fingerprinted in California or New York). · Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms · Strong understanding of differentiated instruction and personalized learning techniques. Internet & Computer Requirements: • A reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds. • A modern computer or laptop (Mac or Windows) capable of running multiple applications simultaneously without lag. • Webcam and microphone (built-in or external) with clear audio and video quality for virtual sessions. • Headphones with a built-in mic are highly recommended to minimize background noise and distractions. • Willingness to download online collaboration tools and apps to provide professional and secure virtual teaching environment. • Access to updated software and browser compatibility for virtual learning platforms. • A quiet, distraction-free workspace suitable for professional online instruction. Schedule: • Flexible scheduling with an expectation of conducting multiple sessions per week per student. • Preferred time slot: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM CST (Monday–Friday). Exact schedules will be determined based on demand and tutor availability. • Must be able to commit to a consistent schedule for the entire tutoring period.
