Key Responsibilities: • HR Strategy Development and Implementation: • Collaborate with clients to understand their organizational goals and develop HR strategies that align with their business objectives. • Advise on best practices for HR policies, procedures, and compliance to ensure alignment with legal and regulatory requirements. • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: • Assist clients in developing effective recruitment strategies and processes, including job descriptions, candidate sourcing, and selection procedures. • Conduct virtual interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ suitability for various roles. • Employee Relations and Engagement: • Guide managing employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions. • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment. • Training and Development: • Identify training needs and design customized training programs to enhance employees’ skills and competencies. • Facilitate virtual training sessions and workshops to address specific client needs. • Compensation and Benefits Administration: • Assist clients in developing competitive compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent. • Guide salary benchmarking, benefits administration, and compliance with compensation regulations. • HR Compliance and Risk Management: • Ensure clients’ HR practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. • Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential HR-related risks. • HR Systems and Processes: • Recommend and implement HR software and tools to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency. • Support and training on using HR systems, including performance management and employee self-service platforms. • Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: • Develop and oversee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth integration of new hires into clients’ organizations. • Manage offboarding procedures to facilitate a positive and compliant exit experience for departing employees. • HR Metrics and Reporting: • Track and analyze HR metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. • Prepared and presented HR reports and insights on key performance indicators to clients. • Client Support and Consultation: • Serve as a trusted HR advisor to clients, providing expert advice and support on various HR issues. • Maintain open and effective communication with clients to promptly address their needs and concerns. Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
