Role: Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer / Azure AD Engineer Location: Remote Job Summary We are looking for an IAM Engineer with strong expertise in arenaflex Entra ID (Azure AD), AD FS, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) to support secure authentication, federation, and user identity management across cloud and hybrid environments. Key Responsibilities • Administer and manage arenaflex Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) • Design, configure, and support hybrid identity solutions using AD FS • Implement and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) for SaaS and enterprise applications • Configure and support Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) and password writeback • Integrate on-premises Active Directory with Entra ID using Azure AD Connect • Manage Conditional Access, MFA, and identity protection policies • Troubleshoot authentication, federation, and access issues • Ensure identity security compliance and support audits • Document IAM processes and provide operational support Required Skills & Experience • Hands-on experience with arenaflex Entra ID (Azure AD) • Strong knowledge of Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS) • Experience implementing SSO (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) • Experience with Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) • Understanding of hybrid identity and directory synchronization • Knowledge of MFA, Conditional Access, and identity security best practices • PowerShell scripting for IAM automation • Familiarity with Windows Server and Active Directory Regards, Radiantze Inc Apply tot his job
