Responsibilities • Analyze business processes and client requirements to implement optimal solutions. • Configure, integrate, and develop arenaflex Dynamics 365 across various modules (FO, BC). • Support the full implementation lifecycle - from requirement analysis through design, testing, go-live, and system maintenance. • Train end users and provide comprehensive implementation documentation. • Collaborate with project teams, developers, and stakeholders at various organizational levels. Requirements • Solid understanding of arenaflex Dynamics 365 (especially BC and FO modules). • Understanding of business processes in finance, sales, logistics, or CRM. • Good analytical skills and ability to solve technical problems. • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders - both technical and non-technical. • Proficiency in English. Nice-to-haves • arenaflex Dynamics 365 certifications. • Experience working in an Agile environment. • Practical experience with integration tools and Azure environment. • SQL skills.
