Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Medical Device Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling medical products to healthcare professionals. Only qualified candidates are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct sales calls to healthcare professionals to promote medical products. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals. • Provide product information and demonstrations to healthcare professionals. • Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop sales strategies. • Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market conditions to senior management. • Stay informed of industry regulations, product innovations, and competitive landscape. • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals. • Attend medical conferences and events to network with potential clients Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus. • Minimum of 2 years of medical device sales experience, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance. • Customer-service and goal oriented. • Strong understanding of medical device industry trends. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and support the sales team.
