Position Summary Vivun is seeking a highly analytical and execution-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to build, operate, and scale the marketing engine that powers our go-to-market strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for orchestrating systems, processes, data, and tooling across Marketing, Product, and Sales to ensure execution is measurable, accountable, and efficient. Key Responsibilities • You will own and manage the marketing technology stack, including automation, CRM integrations, attribution, and reporting systems. • You will design and maintain dashboards and reporting that track funnel performance, conversion rates, spend efficiency, and ROI across programs and channels. • You will partner with Demand, Digital, Product Marketing, and Business Development to ensure clean handoffs, consistent definitions, and shared performance metrics. • You will manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and spend-to-plan tracking, ensuring accountability and capital efficiency. • You will operationalize campaign execution, including timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination. • You will support experimentation and optimization by enabling A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance analysis. • You will work closely with RevOps to align data models, lifecycle stages, and attribution logic. Desired Skills and Experience • You have 3–5+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or growth operations within a B2B SaaS environment. • You have hands-on experience managing marketing automation platforms, CRMs, and analytics tools. • You are highly analytical and comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics. • You understand modern GTM motions, including PLG, SLG, and hybrid models. • You have experience building processes and systems in high-growth, evolving environments.
