Logistics Operations Assistant - WFH

We are seeking candidates who can start immediately without notice period and have solid experience in Logistics. Role Overview The Admin Operations Assistant will remotely support the Operations team by handling data entry, document management, customer communications, and account-specific operational reports. This role manages multiple client accounts with different submission schedules, ensuring all daily, weekly, and monthly tasks are completed accurately and on time. What Youll Do In this role, youll be the backbone of our daily operations making sure reports are accurate, clients are updated, and drivers have everything they need. Your work will touch daily, weekly, and monthly tasks: • Daily: Process job orders, update trackers, manage emails, and prepare driver documentation. • Weekly: Collect and upload logsheets, prepare temperature reports, monitor messages, and organise delivery documents. • Monthly: Finalise billing reports, submit KPI/performance reports, and send invoices on schedule. Youll work with Xero, Dropbox, Excel, and WhatsApp to keep everything organised and ensure deadlines are met. What Were Looking For: • 2+ years experience in admin or logistics support. • Strong Excel skills (formulas, reports, data tracking). • Bonus: Experience with Xero or other billing systems. • Excellent attention to detail and time management. • Clear written and verbal communication in English. • Can start immediately, without notice period Apply tot his job
