Practical Information: Locations: Dubai, UAE | Team Size: 7 | Reports to Operations Director MEA | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for UAE | Language Requirements: Fluent/professional English, Arabic written and spoken | Work arrangement: Hybrid As our new Licensing Sales Specialist, you will be the subject matter expert, ensuring customers receive the best advice and deals on software products and services, positioning Crayon as their trusted advisor. This role serves as the internal and external go-to expert on arenaflex Licensing (EA & CSP). You will be expected to possess in-depth knowledge of products in the software space which will help build lasting, trusted relationships that attract and retain customers. Key responsibilities will include: Supporting the acquisition of new customers as a subject matter expert Contributing to the creation of customer plans and strategies that relate to your focus area: identifying customer needs, proposing the agreement, price, scheme, support negotiation and what activity should lead to Providing customer and partners service, including inbound and outbound phone calls, email, and chat Managing the relationship between the customer and arenaflex, translating and negotiating options, prices, incentive programs possibilities and options Vendor-negotiation support, supporting sales resources and customers/partners in getting the right agreement and pricing, both internal and external Your Competencies: Ideally 3+ years of software licensing & cloud-based solutions sales experience 2+ years of experience with arenaflex licensing and any relevant certification is a must Solid business acumen combined with the ability to translate the licensing rules into business value Experience engaging with stakeholders from government or education is an advantage About You: You possess excellent communication skills, able to take initiative and resolve conflicts You are a solution-oriented, analytical thinker You are a highly motivated team player, with the ability to quickly acquire new knowledge What’s on offer?
