Licensed Customer Service Rep - CSR

Overview We are seeking a licensed Customer Service Representative (CSR) to assist with Auto, Home, and commercial policy. Based pay plus commission. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and relevant experience in sales and insurance. This role involves engaging with clients to provide exceptional service, promoting insurance products, and supporting sales initiatives. Multilingual abilities and analysis skills are highly valued to enhance client interactions and streamline processes. The CSR will play a vital role in maintaining compliance and regulations and delivering comprehensive benefits administration support. Responsibilities • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries via phone, email, and in person. • Assist clients with insurance sales, including explaining policy options and negotiating terms to meet their needs. • Conduct outside sales activities to expand the client base and promote the company's offerings. • Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications, updating records, and tracking sales metrics. • Support marketing efforts by identifying potential clients and participating in telemarketing campaigns. • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for upselling or improving service delivery. • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive health information. • Collaborate with benefits administration teams to assist clients with benefits enrollment and management. • Utilize bilingual skills to serve diverse client populations effectively.
