As a Learning and Development Specialist, you’ll help deliver our flagship Management Essentials Program (MEP) to thousands of mid- and senior-level leaders across the globe in 15 languages and shape the future of leadership development at CRH. This is a high-impact role with visibility across HR, business units, and external partners, with potential for growth. Job Location This is a remote position, but candidates must be located in the continental US Job Responsibilities • Create instructional materials in partnership with external vendors and online learning resources. • Develop internal communication materials and digital content that consider local audiences and CRH strategy. • Oversee participant logistics for successful program deployment including registration and communications • Manage invoices and budget for program implementation • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with internal business partners to ensure successful delivery of program objectives. • Manage operational vendor relationships • Apply instructional design theories, practices, and methods to create learning that can be easily applied in the workplace. Identify optimal delivery formats for specific learning goals. • Design learning assessments and analyze feedback to identify gaps in existing training. • Recommend design changes and interventions for ongoing program improvement Job Requirements • 3 or more years of experience in instructional design or learning program delivery • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, training and development, or a related field • Instructional Design degree or accredited certificate preferred • Familiarity with multimedia training platforms including Degreed LXP, Articulate Storyline/Rise, and LMS platforms (SuccessFactors preferred) • Proficient with arenaflex Office Suite and related program software. • Knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models to design and implement effective training • Strong project coordination and effective management of program timelines by activities and deliverables • Adeptly balances and adapts to stakeholder needs and expectations to achieve desired outcomes • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
