WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH The Global Purchase to Pay (P2P) organization provides P2P capabilities through a shared delivery model that supports Nike’s growth, by delivering standard, optimized and scalable processes that leverage Nike’s Managed Service Provider (MSP). The Global P2P organization is diverse, inclusive and focused on service delivery excellence through a foundation of continuous improvement. In your role on this team, you will report directly to the Senior Manager Invoice to Pay and be responsible for the oversight of process execution performed by Nike’s MSP, partnering to standardize and optimize our P2P processes and key stakeholder engagements that support ensuring we are delivering the optimal service to our customers. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR This role will act as a Global Lead for a defined process area within the P2P organization providing strong partner engagement, process insights and MSP performance management. The ideal candidate will need to bring an ability to maintain and manage cross functional relationships within a complex environment, driving alignment and acting as a change enabler. With a complex stakeholder environment, the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, building consensus and bringing collaborative energy will be required to grow and maintain trust with stakeholders. The ability to act in a Program/Project management role when leading initiatives will be critical to success as will the behaviors of ownership, accountability and driving results. The candidate will be able to story tell though data. Driving analysis and recommendations for process improvement opportunities, leveraging their end-to-end business acumen. They will have the ability to be an effective problem solver, with a drive for understanding the root causes of issues and developing solutions that provide long-term results. Demonstrating a track record of continuous process improvement in an operational role with an end-to-end process mindset. This experience will support Nike to identify and manage financial risk and compliance requirements while defining process optimization opportunities. The successful candidate will need to be team oriented, curious, lead with integrity, and bring a positive mindset. The ability to manage through others, providing direction and mentorship to deliver results will be key. • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, supply chain or related field, or equivalent combination of education, experience or training. • 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting. • Experience in P2P process delivery and /or broader operational process management. • Proven cultural acuity and ability to work across large, diverse teams • Experience with Procurement/Payables processes, operations, and features of the software systems we use at Nike including Coupa and SAP. • Strong interpersonal/communication skills to deal effectively with varied internal customers, stakeholders and external suppliers. • Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience in having led and managed x-functional projects/programs. • Formal Project management qualifications desired. WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON If this is you, you’ll be working alongside your colleagues in Global Purchase to Pay operations to provide P2P process management and operational delivery oversight for a defined process area. You will lead X-functional initiatives that support the broader P2P team and our stakeholders. Partnering with our MSP, and global/reginal stakeholders to drive alignment and effective change management as our global organisation continues to standardize and optimize processes and systems ensuring that regional variations and regulatory considerations are understood and considered. • You will provide Process leadership to Global P2P operations and our cross functional partners. Acting as the conduit between P2P, Procurement, Controlling, Treasury and global / local business units for complex problem-solving representing P2P. • Collaborate with the MSP’s Global and Geo Leads on multiple service delivery activities that require process insight. Partnering to ensure effective problem resolution, leveraging analytical insights to drive performance. • Provide operational oversight, training and education to develop the MSP team acumen and build towards a global standard P2P support model. • Partner with our P2P Geo Leads to stay at the forefront of changes to standards and regulations within Geo’s, providing localization recommendations for P2P. • You will own and drive escalated incidents and issues to resolution, including advanced troubleshooting ensuring effective root causing and recommendations for process improvements where appropriate. • Evaluate process improvement opportunities and partner with GPO (Global Process Owner) to build global standards. Act as the process champion for your defined area. • Help develop and evolve Global P2P Policies and Procedures. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Global/Regional partners and Nike Suppliers. • Support process control oversight and internal and external audit investigations.
