Lead Project Manager (Remote)

Our client is seeking an accomplished and strategic Lead Project Manager to spearhead key initiatives within a fully remote operational framework. This senior role is responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing cross-functional teams, implementing robust project management methodologies, and fostering a collaborative, results-driven environment. You will be instrumental in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks and dependencies. This position requires exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to navigate challenging project landscapes and drive successful outcomes in a distributed setting.

Responsibilities: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk assessments. Lead and manage project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication across all levels. Monitor project progress, identify deviations from the plan, and implement corrective actions as needed. Manage stakeholder expectations, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues. Ensure adherence to established project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and best practices. Oversee the procurement of necessary resources and manage vendor relationships. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or PMP/PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable. Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a significant portion in a leadership capacity. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects from initiation to closure. Expertise in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira) and tools. Strong understanding of various project management methodologies and frameworks. Exceptional leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills.
