We are seeking someone who thrives at the intersection of business and technology — a person who understands how companies operate (especially in accounting and inventory) and is passionate about using software to solve business challenges. Although this is a Junior-level position, we are very open to meeting experienced business professionals who are interested in transitioning their careers into the tech industry.. Role Objectives Serve as the bridge between the client’s business needs and the Nio Digital Business Platform. Ensure that clients fully adopt and benefit from our software solutions through effective implementation and training. Accounting & Inventory Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills Adaptability & Continuous Learning Presentation & Demo Skills Bilingual Communication (English & Spanish) Responsibilities • Master the Product: Quickly learn the Nio Digital Business Platform and become a functional expert. • Pre-Sales Demos: Collaborate with the Sales team to analyze client needs and prepare customized product demonstrations (focused on accounting and inventory workflows). • Implementation: Support the Customer Success team by configuring the software to align with the client’s processes. • Customer Support: Train users and address functional questions during onboarding and integration. Must Have • Bilingual: Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English. • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with arenaflex Workspace and the ability to learn new software quickly. • Business Logic: Strong understanding of operational workflows, specifically Accounting and Inventory Management. • Profile: Recent graduate in Business/IT OR an experienced professional with practical business or operations management experience. • Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical thinking, and proactive attitude. Nice to have • Hands-on experience with ERP, accounting, or inventory systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, Odoo). • Previous experience in consulting or customer-facing roles.
