Junior Accounts Payable & Finance Operations Specialist (Full Remote - Georgia)

About the position We are seeking a disciplined and detail-oriented Accounts Payable & Finance Operations Specialist to support our Finance team. In this role, you will manage supplier invoices, ensure timely payments, reconcile accounts, and help maintain clean finance operations, in direct collaboration with our Financial Controller, Nikolett, and our CFO, Marusa. Responsibilities • Collect, verify and process incoming supplier invoices • Rename, organize, and upload files into the accounting system • Ensure complete documentation for posting by the accountant • Monitor automated bank feeds and identify missing receipts or unmatched items • Follow up with internal teams to obtain missing invoices or supporting documentation • Prepare payment batches for CFO review and approval • Ensure accounts payable balances are reconciled correctly in the system • Highlight discrepancies and follow up for resolution • Assist with month-end AP checks as required • Act as operational contact for bank compliance or documentation requests • Support timely responses to KYC/AML or bank-related queries Requirements • 2–4+ years’ experience in accounts payable, finance operations, or related field • Strong organizational skills and extremely detail-oriented • Experience with accounting systems (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) • Comfortable working with online banking portals and payment tools • Exposure to multi-entity or multi-currency operations • Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English) • Goal-oriented, ownership and commitment • ⚡️ Doer mindset - we are moving fast and need people who can balance execution, planning, and strategy • Humble - willing to learn, open to feedback • Self-motivated and able to work independently with strong structure and accountability • Experience operating effectively in fast-growing / startup environments • #NSFW - Comfortable working in an industry involving uncensored models and content Benefits • Work From Anywhere: Fully remote.
