As a manager of business systems investments in our Financial Reporting organization, you’ll lead a team of four individuals and coordinate the integration and efficiency of Progressive’s investment accounting and reporting operating systems. As a member of an investment back-office team, you’ll lead all aspects of system administration and maintenance, supporting integration initiatives, managing vendor relationships, and being responsible for project management activities. You’ll drive process improvements, provide user training and support, and handle data management and report tasks. Additionally, you’ll ensure compliance and security standards and facilitate effective collaboration across departments.  
 
This is a remote position with occasional travel to Cleveland for meetings and/or training.
 
Must-have qualifications  
  • A minimum of nine years experience in business systems (e.g., systems integration, implementing technology solutions, project management, process design and optimization, testing and troubleshooting systems, training and supporting users, ensuring compliance and security, gathering and documenting requirements) and at least 2 years of leadership experience (e.g., management role).
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of six years experience in business systems (e.g., systems integration, implementing technology solutions, project management, process design and optimization, testing and troubleshooting systems, training and supporting users, ensuring compliance and security, gathering and documenting requirements) and at least 2 years of leadership experience (e.g., management role).
Preferred skills 
  • Experience in investments or investment accounting systems (PAM, Eagle PACE, Bloomberg).
  • Experience leading requirements gathering, translating business needs into scalable system solutions, and driving initiatives that enhance quality, cost efficiency, and speed to market.
  • Demonstrated success in coaching, developing, and elevating both individuals and teams to achieve high performance.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives, set priorities, and drive disciplined, timely execution.
Compensation  
  • $102,800 - $146,900/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance.
