The Role As an Implementation Consultant reporting to the Sr. Manager, Implementation and Professional Services, you will drive our clients’ successful onboarding and adoption of the Athennian platform. Acting as a trusted advisor and technical expert, you’ll utilize your project management skills to navigate complex projects, ensuring timely and successful outcomes. Your ability to adapt to changing requirements, effectively manage client expectations, and contribute to process improvements will be essential in empowering users to unlock the full potential of Athennian and achieve their business goals. As a key contributor to our Customer Success Experience team you will be responsible for: Project Management: Manage implementation projects and client onboarding from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Proactively manage and communicate any changes in project scope, budget, or timeline to stakeholders.
