Role Description The Training Specialist's primary role is to implement advanced, educational solutions that will improve our customer and internal teams' product knowledge. • Gain and share a mastery of the RealTime, Devana Solutions, and Complion product lines. • Partner with the customer and functional area/SMEs to develop, implement, and maintain training instructional materials in multiple modalities, including aids, videos, live/virtual instructor-led training, and online self-directed trainings. • Lead regularly scheduled virtual role-based training sessions with customers. • Create new and improve existing curriculum within the RealTime University and/or LMS system. • Train customers and internal teams on new systems and product updates. • Conduct advanced onboarding training for Training/LMS Specialists, outlining training and LMS policies, procedures, product knowledge, and the company's training service strategy. • Create, document, measure, and report on the effectiveness of a Trainer program. • Foster a creative, positive, efficient, and collaborative team working environment. • Work closely with all product management and customer-facing teams on the primary value proposition for new customer solutions. • Share best practices and contribute ideas on ways to resolve problems. • Improve processes and procedures to serve the customer better and/or improve productivity. • Maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive and confidential information. • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures regarding the HIPAA Privacy Rule.
