Accountabilities • Design and continuously improve core processes and operating standards for product operations. • Define and evolve product planning, building, launching, and review processes at scale. • Develop a hands‑on understanding of product suite and workflows to support Product Managers. • Build and maintain tools for consistent product execution across the organization. • Translate strategic leadership initiatives into clear execution models. • Establish quality standards for product documentation and team rituals. • Define collaboration processes with stakeholders like Product Marketing and Support. • Ensure effective internal communication regarding product launches and updates. • Lead change management for new systems, ensuring smooth adoption and measurable improvements. • Manage and evolve the Product Operations tool stack for effective workflows. • Lead and develop a team of Product Operations managers. Requirements • 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or similar roles. • 2+ years of experience in people management, including hiring and coaching. • Proven experience in scaling product development processes and operating frameworks. • Ability to design and implement systems and workflows adopted across large teams. • Strong strategic thinker with hands‑on execution capability. • Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Design, and Support teams. • Demonstrated ability to drive alignment and influence without direct authority. • Excellent communication skills for creating clear narratives. • Experience managing high‑performing teams. • Comfortable working with data and dashboards for visibility and improvement.
