About Us: Echo Ridge Wellness is a fully virtual outpatient mental health program dedicated to helping adults overcome challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and other behavioral health issues. We provide accessible, structured, and compassionate care in a supportive online setting. Position Overview: We are seeking an engaging and empathetic Group Facilitator to lead virtual therapy groups and provide one-on-one support to clients in our mental health and recovery program. This position is remote and ideal for individuals passionate about helping others and skilled at facilitating discussions that promote healing and growth. All facilitators are supervised by a licensed clinician, so a state license is not required — only a counselor certification and relevant experience. Responsibilities: • Facilitate daily 1-3 hour virtual group therapy sessions focused on topics such as coping skills, emotional regulation, relapse prevention, and mindfulness. • Maintain accurate session notes and progress documentation. • Collaborate with the clinical supervisor and care team to support client treatment goals. • Model healthy communication, boundaries, and emotional awareness. • Attend virtual team meetings or supervision sessions as needed. Qualifications: • Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor (CADC-I/II or equivalent) or Mental Health Counselor certification (QMHS or equivalent) or Associate level therapist (AMFT, ASW, APCC or equivalent) • Minimum 1-2 years of experience facilitating groups or providing counseling services (in treatment, outpatient, or virtual settings). • Excellent communication, time-management, and documentation skills. • Comfortable using telehealth platforms and online group settings. • Compassionate, professional, and committed to client growth.
