GenAI Engineer (LLMs / NLP)

Position: GenAI Engineer (LLMs / NLP) Location: Remote Duration: 6 months plus, long term Requirements: • GenAI engineering team, you will lead high-priority AI enterprise-level initiatives and work with the latest tools in the GenAI space. • 10+ years of career experience as a software engineer with exceptional software engineering knowledge • 2+ years of engineering experience on Generative AI, machine learning, LLM, or NLP products. • Strong coding skills in Python and experience with Machine Learning libraries & frameworks • Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools: Airflow, Kubeflow etc. • Practical experience iterating on LLM design • Experience with NLP techniques and tools, such as SpaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face or similar. • Familiarity with the Client ecosystem, including MLFlow and related tools • Prefer experience with building Machine Learning models and pipelines related to Search, Retrieval and Ranking • Familiar with data visualization tools and libraries, e.g Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly or similar. • 2+ years of experience creating roadmaps focusing on outcomes. • Continuous Learning: An attitude of ongoing learning and improvement, staying updated with Machine learning and GenAI trends, tools, and frameworks. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Be a self-starter, who figures out what needs to be done without detailed instructions. This key role will help transform how 300,000+ associates find information by transforming our internal knowledge base and enhancing employee productivity through RAG and GenAI. • RAG experience is not required (Retrieval Augmented Generation), a framework that enhances LLM's. • Familiar with the technical aspects of creating microservices and working with Kubernetes but strong technical understanding of LLMs, data science, and the process of developing data analytical products. • Software development lifecycle experience in Agile • You must be very curious about the intersection of GenAI and software development, actively seeking knowledge on cutting-edge tools. A proven ability for quick learning is essential in this fast-changing landscape. • An additional responsibility will be to help product teams map out a high-value roadmap for data sources to be integrated into a large GenAI system and prioritize potential sources with product frameworks. • You must be very curious about the intersection of GenAI and software development, actively seeking knowledge on cutting-edge tools.
