Front Desk Agent

Job Summary:
No matter whether a guest arrives weary from their travels or excited for a vacation, making them feel like they at home away from home.

We are looking someone to work 7 am to 3pm or 3pm-11pm shifts. You must have reliable transportation. Being on time and at work when scheduled and in business casual entire.

We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team at a hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities:

-On time and at work when scheduled and in proper uniform

-Problem solving
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Answer phone calls and provide accurate information to guests
- Assist guests with inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Process reservations and cancellations in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction

-Front desk is responsible for folding laundry during either morning or afternoon shift

Experience:
- Prior experience in guest services or hospitality industry preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various guest situations professionally

-Microsoft Word

-Proficient with windows computer
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and phone systems
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Experience with night audit procedures is beneficial
