About the Role The Technical Customer Success Manager is responsible for defining and driving the product vision, roadmap, and execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver client-driven solutions and meet business objectives. You will be a vigorous advocate for client success, with a sharp eye for innovation and a talent for building technical bridges. Your primary focus will be on creating and maintaining strong relationships with clients, proactively identifying opportunities for growth and expansion, and acting as their primary resource and trusted advisor. Key Responsibilities Conduct effective client rollouts and strive for high adoption of the product Manage regular client touchpoints to maintain strong relationships and ensure seamless onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing success for each client Collaborate with Technology to troubleshoot and address support issues in a timely manner and raise blockers quickly Gather product requirements and feedback that can be used to inform and shape the development roadmap Collaborate with Marketing to develop client case studies Collaborate with clients on best practices, ensuring they are set up for success from the outset Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 2+ years of experience in a technical, client-facing role with a highly technical product Proven expertise in client success, ideally within the SaaS world (preferably B2B, Big Data, SDLC product) A strong technical background within an technology organization Knowledge of how development teams work - inside and out Efforts to maintain empathy and humility throughout each and every day with a client-first mindset in a highly collaborative environment Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver client-driven solutions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
