Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and motivated KaiPod Learning Coach to join our team in Surprise, AZ. As a KaiPod Coach, you will be responsible for leading and creating a positive student culture, accelerating student learning, and supporting parents in their child's educational journey. Key Responsibilities As a KaiPod Learning Coach, your primary responsibilities will include: Leading and creating a positive student culture that fosters social skills, academic achievement, and emotional well-being. Accelerating student learning by supporting students in their online school or homeschool program, including executive functioning and academic challenges. Building strong relationships with students, parents, and the local community to create a supportive and inclusive environment. Developing and implementing enrichment activities that promote socialization, creativity, and learning. Communicating effectively with parents through regular updates and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times. Staying up-to-date with relevant state learning standards and adapting to changing educational requirements. Collaborating with the KaiPod team to ensure a seamless and high-quality learning experience for students. Essential Skills and Qualifications To be successful as a KaiPod Learning Coach, you will need to possess the following essential skills and qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. At least 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a classroom setting. Experience working with students with neurodiversities and other special needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing circumstances. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities. Passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of students and their families. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential skills and qualifications, we prefer candidates who possess the following: Experience working with online school or homeschool programs.
