**Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Injury Review Compensation Specialist**

We're committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, learning, and success. **Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Compensation Specialist, you will be responsible for: * Connecting with individuals who have expressed interest in potential compensation through an automated dialer system * High-volume calling, resulting in speaking to 40-50 callers a day, with 1-5 callers potentially qualifying for compensation * Multitasking, including listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows * Achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals * Accurately utilizing phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and following scripts appropriately * Participating in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the position * Adhering to all company policies and procedures * Assisting with other projects as needed * Self-troubleshooting and problem-solving basic IT problems **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Meet or exceed monthly KPIs to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals * Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills * Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through proactive and results-driven approach **Requirements** * Must reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey * Must have a quiet, distraction-free space to work * Reliable hardwired Desktop or Laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) with: + 8GB of RAM + 20 GB of free storage + 1.2 GHz or faster CPU * High-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum - standard internet) * Reliable Noise Cancellation Headset that is wired via USB (ex. gaming headset with mic/ Logitech G432) (average price is $20-$30) * Strong background in call-center environment and sales-focused * 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience **This is for you if...** * You have excellent verbal and written communication skills * You have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills * You have strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * You are competitive – we work as a team but pay for performance! * You want to work 40+ hours a week **This is not for you if...** * You cannot troubleshoot basic technical issues * You are unable to work 40+ hours per week, each week * You can't imagine handling 350+ calls, including disconnects, wrong numbers, or hang-arenaflex until you are connected with a viable caller * You are unable to use problem-solving skills * You are unable to work the full training period (90 days) * You are unable to work 8 hours a day and proactively manage appointments, etc. during earned vacation days or outside business hours **Benefits** * Health Insurance, Vision & Dental Coverage * Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off (PTO) * Eligible for overtime outside of training period **Hours of Operation** A full-time schedule of 40 hours a week from the following hours: * Monday-Thursday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern * Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern * Training Schedule will be Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
