Trainer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Coordinating new hire, progression, and enhancement training programs to ensure that all employees receive the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences. * Developing and delivering training materials, including non-classroom communication and training programs, to ensure that all employees are equipped to handle client projects with confidence and professionalism. * Assessing individual participant and class performance to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to employees. * Participating in minor client interaction, including Weekly Business Review meetings, effective curriculum feedback, and client visits, to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged. * Demonstrating the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct in dealing with new employees, including maintaining confidentiality and security protocols. * Thriving as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment, where flexibility and adaptability are essential. * Ensuring that all policies and procedures are adhered to, including Security, HR, Operations,
