About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our global partner success and quality assurance team. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of customer experience principles, quality assurance methodologies, and data analysis techniques. As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for driving quality improvements and process enhancements across our global network of help centers, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement quality assurance programs to measure and improve customer experience metrics, including First Contact Resolution (FCR), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and Net Promoter Score (NPS) Collaborate with help center partners to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions to address quality gaps Design and execute quality monitoring projects to drive quantifiable improvements in colleague performance Develop and maintain training programs to ensure consistency with new releases, processes, and procedures Conduct business reviews with help center partners to assess quality performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement Identify, recommend, and implement process and operational enhancements to drive business growth and customer satisfaction Work cross-functionally to identify areas of opportunity for arenaflex to improve its business by understanding customer needs and preferences Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field, or four years of work experience in a quantitative or business role Proven track record of driving quality improvements and process enhancements across multiple help centers Strong analytical skills, with experience refining large datasets to drive insights and recommendations Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner Attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy in all aspects of work Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple deadlines and priorities Strong ownership mindset, with a focus on quality, results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in a quantitative or business field, or six years of work experience in a quantitative or business role Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a focus on customer experience and quality assurance Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and frameworks, such as Six Sigma or CMMI Experience working with data analytics tools and technologies, such as Tableau or Power BI Fluency in multiple languages, with a focus on languages spoken in high-growth markets About arenaflex At arenaflex, we are committed to creating a culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
