Pathfinder Village is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO. The Executive Assistant position requires supporting the Chief Executive Officer in order to maintain an organized, efficient, and professional workplace. Presenting and providing a friendly professional atmosphere and quality service to internal and external constituencies including residents, parents, employees, those inquiring about placement at Pathfinder Village, board members, donors, families, vendors, and visitors is required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • CEO support duties, including transcription, clerking, filing, maintaining mailing lists, organizing meetings, drafting and editing correspondence
  • Fielding inquiries and providing tours of Pathfinder Village to potential new residents, parents, donors, and others
  • Assure that materials, equipment, office supplies, offices, and meeting rooms necessary for use by the CEO are in good working order

Required Qualifications

  • Prior experience as an Executive/Management Administrative Assistant
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office products and database management
  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • NYS Driver's license

The hourly rate of pay starts at $23 an hour.
