Qualcomm Manufacturing Engineers may collaborate with design engineering and other teams to improve product designs for manufacturing</span>.</p></div><p><b>Job Responsibilities</b></p><p>·   To define, initiate, develop, coordinate, manage and evaluate the introduction of Equipment Integration, MES/ Process routing /Automation System in the Factory as a champion of these systems. </p><p>·   Define and develop system application transfer between Singapore and other factory locations. </p><p>·   Provide control and validated solution through analysis of various technical aspects through determination of the main reason behind a problem. </p><p>·   Provide guidance and coach engineers, technician and/or operator in various kinds of system. </p><p>·   Ensure system improvement projects are completed on-time with accountability and ownership. </p><p>·   Prepare comprehensive reports on the project activity and end results. </p><p>·   Ensure good writing documentation. </p><p>·   Responsible for choosing and qualifying external suppliers. </p><p>Oversee at least one or more of the systems: MES (UI), MES (Master Data configuration), FE/BE Process routing creation, FE/BE Equipment Integration, AMR robotic (not limited to this list)</p><p><b>Education/Experience Requirements</b></p><p>·   At least a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent. </p><p>·   Minimum 2-3 years of related work experience in Manufacturing or Engineering </p><p>·   Possess a strong base and system competency in the concepts of their respective field. </p><p>·   Experience in software applications such as Systema MES, Promio, SEMGEM and SQL Programming would be added advantage. </p><p>·   Capable enough of measuring and analyzing the impact of the decision taken by them during a project execution. </p><p>·   Ability to work under pressure with strong commitment and if required, at irregular working times. </p><p>·   Dynamic, resourceful and self-motivated, have strong communications and interpersonal skills, and a team player.</p><p> ·  Work experience in process integration will be added advantage.</p>
