Entry-Level Recruiter (Remote | Hourly Position)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Recruiter to join our growing sales and marketing organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

This position is fully remote and ideal for individuals who are self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently while delivering measurable results.

What You’ll Do

  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, and recruiting platforms
  • Review resumes and identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct phone/video screenings
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate candidate tracking and documentation
  • Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Meet weekly recruiting activity and hiring goals
  • Support ongoing recruiting initiatives and employer branding efforts

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Preferred but Not Required:

  • Customer service, sales, or administrative experience
