Your main responsibilities will include:</p><h5><b>Accounts Payable & Documentation</b></h5><ul><li><p>Process daily <b>invoices</b> and prepare <b>payments</b> efficiently.</p></li><li><p>Verify invoice coding and check requests, ensuring accurate data entry into our accounting system.</p></li><li><p>Assist with weekly check runs as necessary.</p></li><li><p>Maintain precise records, spreadsheets, and financial tracking documents.</p></li><li><p>Conduct data entry, balance inputs, and confirm the accuracy of reports.</p></li></ul><h5><b>Administrative & Support</b></h5><ul><li><p>Keep comprehensive <b>vendor files</b> updated with W-9s, contracts, and liability certificates.</p></li><li><p>Manage incoming mail and monitor the vendor email inbox effectively.</p></li><li><p>Track and order necessary office supplies.</p></li><li><p>Support general accounting projects as assigned by the Director of Revenue and CFO.</p></li></ul><h5><b>Qualifications</b></h5><ul><li><p><b>Education/Experience:</b> High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two years of related experience in Accounts Payable, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.</p></li><li><p><b>Accounting Knowledge:</b> Basic understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) is preferred.</p></li><li><p><b>Technical Skills:</b> Proficient in computer use, including <b>MS Office</b>.</p></li><li><p><b>System Knowledge:</b> Ability to learn and use automated accounting systems quickly.
