Preferred Experience for Elementary Tutors: • Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education or related field. • Minimum one year of experience teaching elementary reading, phonics, and literacy. • Expertise in teaching foundational reading skills and working with students with learning disabilities (e.g., Dyslexia) is highly desirable. • Availability during afternoons or evenings for weekly tutoring sessions. • Preference giving to applicants residing in Bentonville, Rogers, and neighboring communities.
