E-commerce & Social Media Marketing Manager - Remote

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced E-commerce & Social Media Marketing Manager to spearhead their online sales and brand presence. This is a fully remote position, empowering you to drive online growth and engagement from anywhere, with a strategic focus on markets that might include **Mlolongo, Machakos, KE**. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and social media engagement techniques. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to increase online sales, enhance customer acquisition and retention, and build a strong, interactive online community. This role requires creativity, analytical acumen, and a proven ability to translate marketing efforts into measurable business results.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and revenue growth. Manage and optimize product listings and online store presence on various e-commerce platforms. Create, curate, and manage engaging content for social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok). Develop and implement social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Manage online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Social Media Ads) to drive traffic and sales. Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply that knowledge to enhance our client's social media presence. Analyze e-commerce and social media performance data, providing regular reports and actionable insights. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce management and social media marketing. Proven success in driving online sales and managing e-commerce platforms. Extensive knowledge of major social media platforms and their advertising capabilities. Proficiency with e-commerce analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and social media management tools. Strong understanding of SEO/SEM principles as they apply to e-commerce.
