Director of Operations / Integrator

Vinnie Mac Restoration Marketing is looking for a Director of Operations / Integrator to partner directly with the CEO and help scale a specialized digital marketing agency from 20 team members and 100+ clients to the next level. This is a leadership role for someone who wants to build, not just manage. You'll own the operating system of the company: developing scalable processes, coaching department managers, driving accountability, and creating the structure that lets a talented team do their best work. We don't need someone to oversee day-to-day task management. We need a strategic operator who can step back, see the whole picture, and build systems that make growth sustainable. The agency model is changing. We're not hiring someone to run today's agency. We're hiring someone to help build an AI-augmented operation that can scale differently than traditional agencies. Traditional agency math says more clients equals more people equals tighter margins. We believe AI changes that equation. The right systems and tools let a lean team deliver exceptional work at scale without the bloat. This role is for someone who sees AI as an opportunity to rethink how agencies operate, not just a tool to bolt onto existing processes. You'll help us figure out what humans should focus on as AI handles more production work, and build the operating system that makes that vision real. This position comes with significant ownership and accountability, mixed with the support of our team and direct partnership with the CEO. Our work hours are typically a standard 40-hour work week in a casual and fun environment focused on positivity and encouragement. Our core values include being positive team players, maintaining integrity and accountability, staying results-focused, always being resourceful, and remaining humbly confident. Apply tot his job
