We're seeking a meticulous Digital Marketing Operations Administrator who thrives on precision and operational excellence to join our team. You'll manage the operational backbone of our digital marketing campaigns, helping our digital media buyers execute flawless campaigns from order intake through delivery and invoicing. This role requires an understanding that the details matter—a misplaced decimal, an incorrect targeting parameter, or a wrong date can derail an entire campaign. Why This Role? Key Responsibilities Campaign & Order Management • Process and manage orders • Conduct thorough pre-launch QA checks to identify potential issues before campaigns go live • Coordinate campaign specifications, timelines, and deliverables across internal teams • Track campaign status and proactively address any issues or discrepancies Creative Asset Management • Organize and maintain digital creative asset library with consistent naming conventions and file structures • Verify all creative assets meet technical specifications, size requirements, and quality standards • Coordinate creative submissions from clients and sales teams • Catch creative errors (wrong dates, incorrect URLs, formatting issues) before assets are trafficked Communication & Coordination • Serve as primary operational contact for sales representatives on campaign status and requirements • Communicate campaign updates, delivery pacing, and performance alerts to relevant stakeholders • Coordinate with sales teams to resolve order discrepancies or address client requests • Maintain clear documentation of all campaign communications and changes Reporting & Analysis • Monitor campaign delivery and pacing to ensure performance goals are met • Identify trends or issues in campaign performance and communicate findings • Provide operational insights to support campaign optimization Invoicing & Financial Administration • Prepare accurate invoices based on campaign delivery and contracted terms • Reconcile campaign delivery with billing requirements to ensure accuracy • Track invoice status and coordinate with accounting on payment processing You might be the right person for this role if: • You have 1+ years of experience in digital advertising, digital media, or similar administrative role • You’re tech-savvy and love learning about new technologies • You’re extremely detail-oriented and thrive on quick turn arounds • You're well-spoken and can clearly articulate technical information to technical and non-technical team members • You’re comfortable with managing multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines • You’re comfortable managing workflows independently without constant oversight Required Qualifications · High School Degree or above • Proficiency with arenaflex Excel/arenaflex Sheets for data management and reporting Preferred Qualifications • Strong understanding of common pitfalls in campaign setup (targeting errors, date discrepancies, creative spec issues, budget miscalculations) • Experience with ad serving platforms (arenaflex Ad Manager, DFP, or similar) • Familiarity with creative specifications across multiple digital advertising formats • Knowledge of digital advertising metrics and KPIs • Experience with invoicing systems or billing software • Background in client-facing or sales support roles • Experience creating checklists, SOPs, or QA processes to prevent operational errors Salary: $40,000 - $50,000* dependent on experience Apply tot his job
