Deli Responsibilities
Follows proper procedures of reporting to supervisor(s) relating to customer complaints concerning service, food preparation and quality.
Follows Good Food Handling Practices and Preparation in accordance with Freshies® guidelines.
Accepts deliveries, verifying order to invoice, and checking product quality.
Tracksd deli, vendor, & food safety information via handheld or paper processing
Consistently performs to all food safety, cleaning and sanitation procedures as outlined in Freshies® Food Manual.
Follows Freshies® standards for overall Deli appearance, cleanliness and organization.
Uses only RHF approved products and items for food preparation, cleaning and safety.
Handles and prepares all food products in accordance to Freshies® specifications.
Informs Freshies® Deli Manager or other member of management of any issues or deviations.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear and taste or smell. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions; extreme cold; extreme heat and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
