We are looking for an Amazing: DataOps Engineer Seniority: Senior Type of position: Full Remote The amazing you, will have: • 8+ years in DataOps, Data Engineering Operations, or Analytics Platform Support, with good exposure to DevOps/SRE practices; • Proficiency in SQL and Python/Shell scripting for automation and data diagnostics; • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS mandatory; exposure to Azure/GCP a plus); • Familiarity with arenaflex/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps), version control (Git), and IaC frameworks (Terraform, Ansible); • Working knowledge of monitoring tools (Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus); • Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) concepts; • Strong grasp of data governance, observability, and quality frameworks; • Experience in incident management and operational metrics tracking (MTTR, uptime, latency) Key Responsibilities: • Manage and support data pipelines, ETL processes, and analytics platforms, ensuring reliability, accuracy, and accessibility; • Execute data validation, quality checks, and performance tuning using SQL and Python/Shell scripting; • Implement monitoring and observability using Datadog, Grafana, and Prometheus to track system health and performance; • Collaborate with DevOps and Infra teams to integrate data deployments within arenaflex/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git); • Apply infrastructure-as-code principles (Terraform, Ansible) for provisioning and automation of data environments; • Support incident and request management via ServiceNow, ensuring SLA adherence and root cause analysis; • Work closely with security and compliance teams to maintain data governance and protection standards; • Participate in Agile ceremonies within Scrum/Kanban models to align with cross-functional delivery squads ; • Working in the EST time zone (which is 5 hours ahead of PT) Why should you become part of our family? • You can develop a career that fits you: your career development is personalized, taking in consideration your needs and goals from the short to long term • Interesting Challenges Ahead: you can work for several clients from different sectors of activity • Free training programs: Our training and certification programs in languages, tech, behavior and business will help you to reach your full potential faster • International projects in Benelux: you can gain international experience in Benelux and balance a new way of living with work • Type of projects (depending on the project you might find one of these types of projects): • In hybrid Systems: Is important to balance work with socialization, that´s why a hybrid system works for us and for you • Full Remote projects: If you want to work while you enjoy the comfort of your home • Full Onsite projects: if you prefer the company of your colleagues! • Take care of your well-being: Enjoy our free nutrition, psychologist, general medicine appointments and our yoga and personal training days… all remote!
