The Opportunity We’re looking for an experienced Customer Operations Lead to own the onboarding and success of several upcoming enterprise client engagements. You’ll work closely with Anglera’s founders, engineering, and client teams to ensure smooth data ingestion, enrichment, and delivery across major B2B and B2C retailers. This role combines hands-on system work (using tools like Stibo, Salsify, Shopify, Akeneo, and internal platforms) with client-facing project management. Key Responsibilities • Act as the main point of contact for enterprise clients during implementation and onboarding phases. • Become an expert in Anglera’s enrichment platform - setting up attributes, reviewing outputs, and ensuring quality before delivery. • Interface directly with customer PIM/MDM systems (e.g., Stibo, Salsify, Syndigo, inRiver) to move product data between platforms. • Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication for pilots and production rollouts. • Collaborate with Anglera’s engineering and product teams to flag issues, define improvements, and shape future client workflows. • Assist with taxonomy setup, attribute mapping, and category definition across complex B2B and B2C catalogs.
