CRM Manager

Join us as a CRM Manager and take ownership of Zeely’s CRM direction end-to-end — from strategy to execution. In this role, CRM goes far beyond email campaigns and serves as a core product and revenue driver, directly impacting user activation, retention, and monetization across the full customer lifecycle. You’ll have full autonomy over CRM funnels and initiatives, work cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Engineering, and Marketing teams, and drive measurable impact on product growth and company revenue. Zeely AI is an AI-powered marketing platform that helps businesses generate high-performing UGC videos and ad creatives, and launch effective Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns — without agencies, complex setups, or long production cycles. Today, Zeely serves 1M+ users across the US and Tier-1 markets and is ranked among the Top-3 players in its category in the US. The product shows strong year-over-year growth and is built by a team of 150+ specialists across product, engineering, growth, and marketing. Your Key Responsibilities: • Own and evolve the full CRM lifecycle — from registration and first payment to activation, retention, and reactivation — designing end-to-end user journeys across email, mobile push, in-app, and other CRM channels. • Drive user activation and early value, guiding users to key actions, reducing Time to First Value, and increasing feature adoption through structured onboarding and lifecycle flows. • Design and scale retention and win-back strategies, including cohort-based retention flows and behavioral reactivation campaigns with a measurable impact on churn and engagement. • Build CRM initiatives with a direct revenue impact, improving conversion to paid, ARPU, LTV, and the overall contribution of CRM to total revenue. • Lead segmentation, personalization, and experimentation, moving from mass messaging to behavioral, event-driven CRM, and owning A/B testing from hypothesis to decision, with proper control groups. • Collaborate closely with Product, Analytics, Engineering, and Growth teams, combining strategic ownership with hands-on execution, and continuously improving CRM processes and infrastructure. What You Need to Join Us: • 6+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, retention, or product-led marketing roles within product or SaaS companies. • Proven experience owning and scaling an end-to-end CRM lifecycle with a measurable impact on activation, retention, and revenue. • Strong background in data-driven decision making, including cohort analysis, funnels, and experiment evaluation. • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation, including hypothesis design, control groups, and result interpretation. • Deep understanding of activation, retention, and monetization mechanics in subscription-based or usage-based products. • Experience working with large user bases (100k+ MAU) and high-volume CRM communications. • Strong segmentation and personalization skills, with experience moving from mass campaigns to behavioral and event-driven CRM. • Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Analytics, and Engineering teams, translating business goals into CRM strategies. • High level of ownership, autonomy, and accountability — comfortable operating in an environment with evolving processes. • Willingness to be hands-on when needed, while building scalable systems and processes. Why It’s Exciting to Work With Us: • Operating at real scale — with over one million users across Tier-1 markets, CRM at Zeely is not an experiment but a mission-critical growth engine. • Join a strong A-level team of experienced professionals who set a high bar and push each other to do better work. • Remote-first approach: work from anywhere, with access to our offices in Warsaw and Kyiv. • We take care of the essentials. Paid time off, sick leaves, and financial support with private entrepreneurship matters. • Regular performance reviews to ensure your growth is transparent and rewarded.
