Job Description: We're on the lookout for a skilled CRM and E-Mail Marketing Manager! In this pivotal role, you will develop, implement, and manage comprehensive email marketing campaigns for our clients across various platforms. You'll leverage your experience with Brevo, Active Campaign, Mailchimp, Clevereach, and Hubspot to drive engagement and conversions. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive email marketing campaigns for our clients across various platforms. Create engaging email content that drives engagement, conversions, and customer retention for client brands. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, utilizing insights to optimize strategies and improve results for our clients. Stay updated on email marketing trends, best practices, and platform-specific features to ensure optimal performance. Communicate effectively with clients and team members, ensuring clarity and collaboration. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational skills and project ownership within our Kanban framework. Qualifications: Proven experience as an E-Mail Marketing and CRM Manager or in a similar role. Extensive knowledge of email marketing best practices and CRM tools, particularly Brevo, Active Campaign, Mailchimp, Clevereach, and Hubspot. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to self-organize, manage projects effectively, and work collaboratively within a team. Technical Skills: Mastery of email marketing platforms and CRM systems. Proficiency in segmentation, automation, and data analysis tools. Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization techniques. Implementing HTML or JS based forms to the Website through CMS Systems Experienced in the usage of middleware like Zapier, Make.com or N8N Connecting Social Media Channels to CRM-Systems for Lead Gen, Social Media etc. Configuring for WhatsAP usage Usage of Exit Intent PopUp-Technology, Push Notifications, SMS and Chat-Systems with and without AI Location: Remote, within MESZ time zone for team synchronization.
