Our Corporate Governance team has a strong track record of precedent-setting outcomes over the last two decades and has successfully combated unfair deals, created billions of dollars in increased shareholder value, addressed self-dealing and executive compensation issues in the boardroom and executive suite, and successfully challenged harassment and discrimination in the workplace, setting governance models for companies as they move forward. Requirements • JD is required (2018 - 2022 preferred) graduate (with the possibility to deviate slightly for an exceptional candidate) • Admitted to the New York and/or Delaware Bar • Must have meaningful experience in one or both: (i) prosecuting or defending complex stockholder or commercial litigation; (ii) Delaware corporate law/breach of fiduciary duty litigation. • Strong Financial literacy is required • Must be prepared for a steep learning curve and hands-on training • Entrepreneurial mindset, a proactive approach, and the readiness to take opportunity and run with it is necessary • Desire to represent investors rather than corporations • Ability and desire to take a meaningful role in multiple complex cases, often opposite significantly more senior lawyers • Excellent time management, multitasking and communication skills are essential • All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Apply tot his job
