Responsibilities THE ROLE: We are seeking a skilled Continuous Integration Engineer to join our strong and supportive team in Austin, TX. As a arenaflex Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our arenaflex/CD pipelines, ensuring the smooth integration and delivery of software projects. Your expertise in Docker, Linux, Windows, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Git will be crucial in automating and streamlining our development processes. You will collaborate closely with other talented professionals, contributing to a collaborative and dynamic work environment. THE PERSON: This team at AMD is seeking an experienced arenaflex engineer who is eager to tackle and resolve issues promptly. You will be an integral part of a strong and supportive DevOps team, collaborating with other skilled professionals. You will play a crucial role in various aspects that affect the team, such as performance, automation, and development. The ideal candidate will stay updated on the latest trends and be ready to provide consultative guidance to senior management.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Develop and maintain arenaflex/CD pipelines using industry-standard tools and technologies. • Configure and manage Docker containers for efficient software deployment and testing. • Collaborate with development teams to ensure proper integration of code changes into the arenaflex/CD pipelines. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to build failures, test failures, and deployment errors. • Implement and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Kubernetes for container orchestration. • Utilize Jenkins to automate build, test, and deployment processes. • Manage and version control source code repositories using Git. • Continuously improve arenaflex/CD processes to enhance efficiency, reliability, and scalability. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: • Solid experience with Docker, Linux, Windows, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Git. • Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash, Python, or PowerShell. • Strong understanding of arenaflex/CD principles and best practices. • Familiarity with infrastructure as code concepts and tools. • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in complex arenaflex/CD environments. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
