Position Summary DaVita IKC is seeking an Operations Deployment Content Developer to lead the creation and standardization of compelling, visually engaging communications that support the successful governance, rollout, and adoption of clinical and operational initiatives across the organization. This teammate will ensure that key messages are not only clear and well-timed but also consistently branded, strategically designed, and tailored to resonate with operational, clinical, and business audiences. This role is essential in shaping how DaVita IKC communicates change. Whether it's a cross-functional update, stakeholder-facing toolkit, or full-scale communications campaign, the Ops Deployment Content Developer will help bring clarity and cohesion to the way DaVita IKC engages the field. Team Summary This position is part of the Operations Deployment team, which maintains DaVita IKC’s initiative release schedules and supports structured rollouts across the organization. This role plays a key executional part in ensuring that all communications and materials are thoughtfully crafted, visually consistent, and ready for field leaders to activate—serving as a critical bridge between central planning and local delivery. Key Responsibilities Strategic Communications Development • Create clear, concise, and well-structured communications that support the adoption of clinical and operational initiatives (e.g., one-pagers, FAQs, campaign emails, toolkits, leadership messaging). • Align communications with initiative timelines, change management needs, and stakeholder expectations. Visual Design & Brand Stewardship • Design visually appealing content that enhances clarity, engagement, and professionalism. • Ensure all materials align with DaVita’s brand standards, tone, and formatting guidelines. • Own and maintain branded templates, icons, and graphic assets to support a consistent vernacular and visuals across all deliverables. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner closely with project managers, operational leaders, communications partners, and design stakeholders to co-create content that meets initiative goals and resonates with field audiences. • Translate complex operational and clinical strategies into accessible, field-ready messaging. Storytelling & Content Packaging • Write and design content that connects with busy, adult professional audiences—balancing brevity, clarity, and visual appeal. • Package key messages into toolkits, campaign decks, or quick-reference guides for frontline deployment. Channel & Material Optimization • Help organize and maintain a content library for field-facing materials (e.g., SharePoint, OneDrive). • Standardize and improve how communications are distributed across teams and channels, ensuring version control and message alignment. Qualifications Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in communications, graphic design, marketing, or related field required. • 3–5 years of experience in strategic communications, content design, or marketing communications—preferably in a healthcare, operational, or corporate setting. • Experience working with clinical, operational, or change management teams a plus. Key Skills • Excellent written communication and messaging strategy skills. • Strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for layout, formatting, and visual hierarchy. • Proficiency in arenaflex Office Suite (especially PowerPoint); experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign), or similar tools preferred. • Ability to simplify complex information into intuitive, polished deliverables. • Highly collaborative, self-directed, and detail-oriented. • Understanding of internal communications best practices and organizational change principles a plus.
