Consulting Coach (Management Consulting / Strategy / Case Interview Track)

We are hiring a Part-Time Consulting Coach to help students prepare for management consulting and strategy roles, with a strong focus on case interviews and structured thinking. This role is ideal for former or current consultants who enjoy mentoring and sharpening candidates’ thinking. This remote role requires candidates to reside in the Eastern Time (ET) zone. Responsibilities • Coach students on case interview frameworks and problem-solving • Run live mock case interviews (interviewer + feedback) • Help students improve: • Structuring and hypothesis-driven thinking • Quantitative analysis in cases • Communication and executive-style storytelling • Review written case assignments and consulting resumes • Share real insights into consulting recruiting processes Required Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in: • Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Internal Strategy teams • Strong case interview performance background • Clear understanding of top consulting firms’ hiring standards • Excellent communication and feedback skills Nice to Have • Background in MBB / Big 4 / Tier-2 consulting • Experience mentoring or training junior consultants • Experience working with early-career or international candidates • Bilingual in English and Mandarin Time Commitment • Part-time / contract basis • ~2–6 hours per week (case-based scheduling) Job Type: Part-time Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
